ZZMed LLC (“ZZMed,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) owns and operates the website located at zzmed.com (the “Site”) and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

- Supporting intake, onboarding, and coordination of care
ZZMed is a technology platform and does not provide medical services directly.

Services are intended for users located in the United States. Availability may vary by state and provider licensure.
Eligibility
To use the Services, you represent that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You are located in a jurisdiction where the Services are offered
- You agree to comply with these Terms
Meeting eligibility requirements does not guarantee access to services or treatment.
2. Telehealth Services
Telehealth involves the delivery of healthcare services using electronic communications.
Services may include:
- Communication via video, phone, or messaging
- Transmission of medical information, images, or health records
- Remote assessment, treatment recommendations, and follow-up
You acknowledge:
- Telehealth has inherent limitations compared to in-person care
- Technical failures may occur
- Not all conditions are appropriate for telehealth

3. Not for Emergencies
THE SERVICES ARE NOT INTENDED FOR EMERGENCY OR URGENT MEDICAL NEEDS.
If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately or seek in-person care.
4. Relationship with ZZMed
ZZMed does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Licensed providers operate independently or through partner medical groups
- Any provider-patient relationship is solely between you and the provider
- ZZMed is not responsible for clinical decisions or outcomes
Except for direct communications from licensed providers, information on the Site is not medical advice.
5. No Guarantee of Treatment or Results
You understand that:
- Not all users are eligible for treatment
- Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of licensed providers
- Results vary by individual
- No outcomes are guaranteed
Services may not be appropriate for all individuals or conditions.
6. Third-Party Providers and Services
ZZMed works with third parties, including:
- Medical providers
- Pharmacies
- Laboratories
- Technology vendors
ZZMed is not responsible for:
- Medical care or treatment decisions
- Prescription fulfillment or delays
- Medication effects or outcomes
- Errors or omissions by third parties
Your interactions with third parties are subject to their terms and policies.
7. User Responsibilities
You agree to:

11. Restrictions on Use

- Interfere with platform functionality

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

ZZMed DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
ZZMed shall not be liable for:
- Medical outcomes or personal injury
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, revenue, or profits
Total liability shall not exceed the greater of:
- $100, or
- Amount paid (if any) in the prior 12 months
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZZMed and its affiliates from any claims arising out of:
- Your use of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your interactions with providers or third parties
15. Payments and Financial Responsibility
ZZMed does not process payments through this Site.
Any payments for services are handled by third-party providers or platforms.
You are responsible for all costs associated with services received.
Refunds, if any, are determined by the applicable provider and handled on a case-by-case basis.
16. Service Availability and Modifications
We may:
- Modify or discontinue Services at any time
- Restrict access without notice
- Update features or functionality
We are not liable for service interruptions or changes.
17. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason.
18. Governing Law

19. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
YOU AGREE THAT ALL DISPUTES SHALL BE RESOLVED THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION.
